Start Slow – Growcraft lights have VERY high light output and unless your plants are already acclimated to high light intensity, it is best to start slow with the light hanging high and possibly also dimmed. Then monitor plant reaction over a few days and slowly adjust as needed.

This is not just a light, it’s literally an investment in better growing. I upgraded from fairly high-end COB’s and there was a noticeable immediate improvement.
Much better overall footprint coverage, no hot spots to compensate for, and the plants are really responding to the spectrum. I have an MQ-610 so verification of the actual DLI is every morning to maintain levels. Don’t hesitate on this one.

Do yourself a favor and invest in this light ! My plants are thriving under this light fixture, very low heat output, very bright with great light coverage, in fact, it is advertised as having a 2’x4’ footprint, but I am using it for my 3’x5’ tent with a wall to wall canopy in flower, and I am seeing awesome results with no dark or shaded areas what so ever. This light is built extremely well. From the quick connect cables to the all metal body. This thing screams “High Quality” all over it. It is so bright that I have to wear sunglasses. The intensity feels like I am outside, like I might get a tan! So far it seems to be doing its job with a marked improvement over the 7 year old LEDs it replaced. Great Valentine’s day price convinced me to take a closer at this light. I went to ChilLed site and was VERY impressed with the x3 330 watt stats that is perfect for my 2x4x6 tent. Then went to youtube, watched every video and read every review where ever I could find one. Pulled the trigger on a Sunday night, and rec’d the light within the week, great shipping ! Replaced a very decent LED with the X3 midway through veg on 3 autos. One plant, a zkittlez og, was very sick and ready to throw out, but after one 24 hour period under this light, it perked right up and started growing like mad the past few weeks. Now I’m convinced that this light is the best out there for a 2x4x6 tent, it’s coverage and penetration hard to beat, and my girls have never looked better !
