Water Protection: Currently the Growcraft has no protective coating against direct moisture exposure. If moisture accumulates near the LEDs damage may occur. Make sure to point any sprays downward and away from the LEDs.

Start Slow – Growcraft lights have VERY high light output and unless your plants are already acclimated to high light intensity, it is best to start slow with the light hanging high and possibly also dimmed. Then monitor plant reaction over a few days and slowly adjust as needed.

This is my second X3-500 so to say I am impressed is an understatement. I bought my first last year and my yields increased 100% so I had to have another. I used the 4 payment option on this one and asked for B stock on rails and saved another $100. I am now running 2 for a total of 1000 true watts with optimal 6 x 5 coverage. Perfect for a 5 x 5 rent.
These are the coolest running lights I’ve ever owned. I didn’t pick this brand blindly. I researched for a year against the other higher-end lights. California Lightworks have hot spots and others par fails to produce good numbers on the outer edges that will cause slow growth, adding weeks to your grow time.
The par coverage is the best on the market. My plants from the Center to the edges were all ready within days a par. Very healthy dense buds with nice size.. I’ve seen this sort of thing on YouTube and was skeptical. With these 2 they’ll handle anything you throw at them and the best customer service on the market.
You can get a $1000 dollar light for $500 plus, I even got a handwritten letter from the president of the company thanking me. They are also American-made. Easy to assemble and will grow the most beautiful plants and buds I’ve ever seen.

The lights are great, but the rope hangers ChilLED uses are trash. The Aluminum ferrules they use for making the loop to hang from is unreliable. I’ve bought 3 lights, here, 12 hangers all told, 25% failed. On one occasion the light fell down and destroyed the plant below. Don’t use the rope hangers that come with your light unless you cut off the looped end off and tie the carabiner to the end..
With that being said… I truly love my lights.. they are made well,, the plants react well to the spectrum, and they are very bright.

Fantastic fixture! Super bright, even coverage. Simple, well thought out assembly.. I definitely recommend adding the connector set, waygo works fine, but nothing beats the twist lock connection. Only thing I would suggest is an actual printed page of instructions, and maybe a short length of heat shrink tubing for the dimmer wires. No complaints on assembly though, it’s definitely straightforward. Will, and already have purchased again…

I’m digging these lights. I added them at the tail end of an existing grow and found them extremely powerful. 1 of my plant got a little sunburned at half power. I was surprised. Putting the lights together was a breeze. 1 cable needed to be cut back and the leads retinned, but it wasn’t a problem. The build quality is awesome. To make an injection mold for the wire covers shows they care about their product. A mold like that is expensive. Any other manufacturer might have used a cheaper method for this cover. The extruded channel is awesome. Another custom touch, again, not cheap. I would recommend these lights to anyone looking at the new bar style fixtures.

First off light is bright and beautiful. I love it. I have a Kind led 750 and California Lightworks and there is no comparison how much better. I also love how you can dim it with the knob, it’s to easy. I also notice that I can take better pictures under this light compared to other two lights mentioned. Customer service is way better than Kind led. If they can deal with my dumbass. I had trouble with setup called and helped me right away. Emailed me back as well. Great people and highly recommend this light. I have the flower spectrum light and love it . I plan on using chilled led till my days are over.

Overall quality and ease of build on the X3 500w kit make this great for someone just getting into LEDs/ indoor crops. After owning one and seeing the performance I had to get another X3 500w kit. Packaging and shipping are amazing haven’t had any issues.

2nd Review of the light..I covered customer service in my first. The light arrived very well packaged and in good shape. Everything was packaged neatly, and organized. It took about 1 hour to assemble the light and it was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. The quality is without question, its not a light piece of equipment but its not too heavy either. 20-25 pounds. This thing is bright!!!!! I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. You really need sunglasses if you crank it wide open, or you’ll be seeing spots for a few days. I didn’t choose this manufacturer on a whim. I researched all the big names and from my research this is the best light, hands down. If quality, customer service, warranties, are important to you, then this is who you want to buy from..No questions about it

I bought two of them for a 5×5 tent and don’t need to turn them up all the way. Talk about bright! They worked so well I bought eight more for a bigger space I’m currently fitting out. I like the X3 500w instead of the X6 1000w so I can space them out a little bit more but all of the models are of the same high quality. The construction of the light is beautiful and putting it together is a piece of cake and well worth the reduced price! The spectrum I use is for flowering but I’ve been using them in veg cycle no problems at all! Hands down the best lights I’ve ever used.

This light was easy to put together and install in my tent all on my own. The quality is fantastic, every part has a durable quality to it (except for maybe the dimmer switch, but that’s a non issue as it works perfectly). Highly recommend this diy light even if you’re not familiar with electronics like me. The instructions are a little vague at times so it helped to have an online source handy in addition to the provided instructions. But it’s super bright, the heat output is very manageable, and the energy consumption is pretty modest.

I do not have my light yet. This review is about the customer service I received while figuring out which light to get. Never have I had such friendly, FAST, help. I’ve shopped all the big names and spoke to them personally, some were friendly and helpful and a few didn’t care if I bought a light or not…
But when I emailed them, I was given a ton of information and asked to call to discuss things further. I spoke to a guy named Austin and his help was incredible. He explained everything so that I understood it, even gave me ideas on how to upgrade. You name it and he covered it…
